FOCUS
New name, new focus
For years, we have been known in Vienna for reliable letter and parcel delivery. What many do not know: behind the scenes, our business has evolved significantly in recent years. A classic shipping service provider has become a logistics partner that supports businesses from warehousing to the final mile. It is time our name reflected this. That is why we are now called GMLogistics.

WITH OUR NEW NAME, SEVERAL THINGS WILL CHANGE – HOW WE WORK WITH YOU, HOWEVER, WILL NOT
Why the new name?
"Global Mail" described our origins well: international-standard mail and mailing services. However, it no longer reflected where we stand today. We now operate a main warehouse in Vienna 1220 with 2,500 pallet spaces and 1,800 shelves for small parts storage, employ over 40 staff, and support 450 active clients annually – from growing online shops to international brands such as Samsung, Nespresso or Fressnapf.
However, we are not saying goodbye to our roots entirely: the "GM" in GMLogistics still stands for Global Mail, serving as a reminder of where it all began. The name GMLogistics represents what we actually do: thinking about logistics holistically and implementing it precisely. Not just shipping, but the complete journey of your products, from storage and order picking through to delivery to your customers.

What our clients say

SALU HOME
"Especially since we have focused entirely on the online shop, the reliability and fast delivery times have become invaluable to us."

What is changing in terms of content: More e-commerce fulfilment, while the best mail and parcel delivery service remains
The most visible part of our new identity is the name. However, the more important part happens behind the scenes: we are systematically expanding our e-commerce fulfilment services. For online retailers, this specifically means:
Storage, picking, packing and shipping from a single source, regardless of whether your shop runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware or Magento
Integration with popular marketplaces and shop systems, from Amazon and eBay to Zalando
Sector-specific expertise, for example in beauty & cosmetics, fashion & jewellery, electronics or food, where different storage and packaging requirements apply
Returns management, which quickly becomes a bottleneck for growing shops if not properly organised
Scalability for seasonal peaks, ensuring your Christmas trade or next sales promotion does not fail due to logistics
Letter and parcel delivery, our core business for many years, will of course remain, as will our lettershop and international mailing services. What is new is that we are now positioning e-commerce fulfilment as an independent, equal focus alongside traditional shipping.

WE ARE ALSO SHOWING OUR TRUE COLOURS VISUALLY: A NEW LOGO, A NEW DESIGN LANGUAGE, AND A CLEAR PRESENCE FROM VIENNA TO THE WORLD
What remains unchanged for you as a customer
A new name does not change what our clients have relied on for years: personal support instead of anonymous ticket systems, dedicated contact partners, and a team that knows your goods and processes. As a family-owned company based in Vienna, we know that trust grows slowly, which is why we are not changing this foundation, we are simply expanding the possibilities we can offer you.
What is in it for you now as an online retailer
If you have previously only used our mail or parcel delivery services, please talk to us about fulfilment. Especially for businesses that currently handle their own shipping and are reaching their limits, it is worth looking at what we can now achieve, from storage space to individual integration with your shop system.
